About the Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer at Mock AI, your expertise will be crucial in developing the backbone of our next-generation technical assessment platform. You will lead the backend development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and integration of our complex referral/tracking systems, advanced interview feedback mechanisms, and dashboard functionalities.
What You Will Do
Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python, RESTful API, websocket, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.
Develop and maintain the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Lead the integration of backend services with frontend technologies, facilitating real-time collaboration interviews and advanced settings.
Collaborate with the AI team to support the deployment and integration of LangChain-based models.
Drive continuous improvement in our backend architecture, exploring and adopting new technologies and practices.
Skills Required
Extensive experience in backend development with Python, and familiarity with LangChain is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of RESTful API development, websocket communication, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable and performant backend systems.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
