👷 Senior Full-Stack Engineer
About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Mock AI, you will lead the engineering efforts to scale our technical assessment platform. Your expertise will drive the development of new features like advanced interview feedback and training, complex referral/tracking systems, and more.
What You Will Do
Lead the development of the platform using our tech stack: NextJS, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, LangChain, and more.
Architect and implement robust backend services with Python, LangChain, Restful API, websocket, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.
Drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams to foster innovation.
Oversee the integration of real-time collaboration features and the enhancement of our AI Interviewer technology.
Skills Required
Extensive experience with our frontend and backend technology stack.
Leadership experience in full-stack development projects.
Deep knowledge of database design and management, especially with PostgreSQL and Supabase.
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and real-time services via websocket.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
